The Plastic Bottle Myth

The vast majority of people we speak with claim to drink only bottled water.  It is understandable that people feel safe consuming water that has been treated by a reputable bottling company however studies have proven this theory to be at best a myth.  Bottled water is more loosely regulated than city tap water because tap water is regulated by the Safe Drinking Water Act of the Enviromental Protection Administration under the FDA.  Current testing has proven that there are between 10 to 100 times the amount of plastic particles in bottled water samples previously tested using old technology.  These nanoparticles can be 1000th the average width of a human hair and therefore they proved to be difficult to detect using previous methodology.   When particles are this minute in size they can penetrate our digestive tract, lungs, bloodstream and even our cells.  In a single liter of bottled water the average sample revealed 240,000 plastic particles from 7 types of plastic of which 90% were identified as nanoplastics or microplastics.  At Glacier Springs Water we have developed technology designed to combat these problems and provide the safest drinking water in the world.  We are proud to offer these solutions to our clientele and hope to speak with you soon on how we can mitigate these issues along with a myriad of additional threats facing our families and homes.  Please contact us for a free estimate on how we can assist you in solving the problems currently facing the populace in enjoying safe bathing and drinking water.
